Not Just Bears

One more day then it's september!! One more family picnic and I'mhome free till thanksgiving..I'm the only one that can cook and enjoys cooking so the family always comes here... I have 4 more shrubs to trim and that is done for the seasonI'm really looking forward to more time in my studio..I can't wait!!! Today is my best friends birthday but we'll celebrate on thusday..I'm making her dinner and decorating her a cake.. Danny is a little restles tonight so I think it's gonna be a long night.When she does this she wants me with her at all times//I wish I knew what goes on in that brain of hers!!!

August is almost over..I can't say I'm sorry to see it go..The heat has been unbearable this year..you have to stay inside with the air runnung and that isn't much fun..I'm ready for fall and my favorite holiday Halloween!! I love love love halloween and my studio is starting to look the season..I have fabric all over..I am actually making some headway with my bears..My plan is to have some ready for adoption the beginning of september.. Danny had a bad nose bleed yesterday..She's back on antibiotics..nothing bad today..so I hope it is over for now!!

It is so hot here in Ohio..I am not a hot weather person..I love snow..I guess it is the feeling of winter that I love also..Being all snug and safe in your home with the ones you love..And I love Christmas..I wish people could keep that loving giving feeling all year long.. I did finally get some bears cut out!!!Hopefully after the fourth I can get back into my studio and start creating again..Breaking my leg sure put me far behind in everything I wanted to do this year... Danny is feeling better..she had a bad nose bleed when we were grooming her..but nothing since then..so hopefully that is over for now..here a pics of her after she came home..

Well..went to the surgeon yesterday!! My leg is finally healing..I actually does feel better..I think I;m finally on the mend..Hopefully next week I can start working on my bears again..I have really missed sewing..I had ordered lots of new mohair and have really been itching to use it..maybe next week when Hubs goes back to work...Danny is feeling better also..so maybe all of the bad luck is gone..I was really starting to get stressed out wondering what was gonna happen next..My brother Tommy went to the doctor Tuesday and fell in the office and broke his knee just like I did..had to be rushed to the hospital..nice big lump on his head..kept him for 2 days..sent him home in a brace just like they did me!!!

Took danny and got her clipped on saturday..Here's pics of her before and after shots..She just looks so fragile and small when her hair is cut!!!

Went and got my exray and went to the surgeon yesterday..No surgery for now..am allowed to start exercising my leg also..I'm so excited!!!

Well had my cat scan..my leg is fractured..I have been hobbling around on a fractured leg for 2 months..no wonder it hurt!! Put me in a brace and have to go back beginning of may for another xray..the brace cost 800.00 dollars..it had better heal my leg for that price..how rediculous!!!
